Pay Considerations –The salary range for the position is $94,869.29 - $154,275.75 Starting salary is dependent on education, qualifications, and experience but will not exceed the 1/3 of the range.
Work Schedule – This position is scheduled to work 4 days per week, 9 hours per day, (36 hour work week)Monday through Thursday, 7:00am – 5:00pm or 8:00am to 6:00pm
THE ROLE
Plans, organizes, supervises and performs administrative work establishing and monitoring the City’s budget, and performs related duties as required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in business or public administration, accounting, or finance or closely related and
Five or more years of experience in budgeting, accounting, financial analysis and/or auditing in a governmental context three of which were at a supervisory level or above. Master’s Degree in business or public administration is desirable.
CPA strongly preferred.
Equivalency: May substitute a combination of equivalent education and experience. The city assesses 1 year of fulltime experience as equivalent to one year of education.
Licenses and Certifications
Must possess a valid state driver’s license and maintain a satisfactory motor vehicle record with the ability to obtain an appropriate Nevada state driver’s license within the required time frame.
SELECTION PROCESS

The selection process will begin with a screening of the application/resume - The best qualified candidates will be invited to participate in the assessment process. The selection process will include (dates to be determined).
